StudioJamN provides tools to record the contribution percentages Jamster Artists have to collaborative songs (“ownership shares”). StudioJamN does NOT collect, hold, or distribute royalty revenue from streaming, licensing, or any external source. Any compensation arrangements between contributors are made independently, outside of StudioJamN. StudioJamN's ownership-share records serve as documentation of contributorship but do not constitute a contract for payment, a partnership agreement, or any legally-binding obligation between contributors.
